Please note that guests are required to inform the property in advance about their estimated arrival time. Guests will be able to insert this information in the section “Special Requests” at the time of booking or can contact the property directly using the contact details in the booking confirmation. Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents. Please note that unmarried couples with Hyderabad Local ID may not be permitted to stay in the property. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, extra guests will be charged. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbors. In case of nonsocial behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. Please note that the property offers Special Discounted Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage. For all Standard room types, cleaning services are available on a weekly basis only. Superior rooms have cleaning services every other day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
