Comfy central flat

Very nice and spacious apartment with all the amenities. The location was excellent, next to the bus stop, shops, and restaurants. A few minutes walk from the seafront. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Great

Clean and spacious

The elevator starts from the second floor and it is so tiny small that only 2 people can get on it, if you are a family with small children and strollers then this is not a place for you. The bathroom is renovated but it still smelled so bad. There was hot water but none of us managed to find a good temperature of the water, to have a shower, especially the children cause from extremely hot it went to extremely cold. Finally forget about getting here with a car. There is absolutely no parking available. Even though I tried to find a place to park at around paid parking stations there wasn't any place left and I went to four around the apartment. I had to park at least a kilometer away and to spend at least half an hour every time I was getting back.

The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. The host was very accommodating, and it was very appreciated.

Our stay at Niki’s apartment in Thessaloniki was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, communication with Niki was excellent – she provided us with all the necessary information in detail, from the lockbox code to the Wi-Fi, and she was always available if we needed anything. She even surprised us with a kind gesture by leaving some refreshments in the fridge, which made us feel truly welcome. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the air conditioning keeps the place cool even on hot summer days. The beds and towels were fresh and of good quality, and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was provided. The location is also great: the building has a lift, there is a supermarket right next door, and the city center as well as the beach can be easily reached by public transport or taxi. Despite being centrally located, the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Niki is a wonderful host – kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy a carefree, relaxing week in Thessaloniki. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city, and we would be very happy to return in the future. We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. Its location is excellent—within walking distance to grocery stores, cafés, and public transportation. Nicki, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything even easier. Overall, this was a great deal for the price, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very comfortable, close to shops, bakeries... We were in November, the heating was exellent! Comunication was very easy and hosts are very plesant!

Low ceiling in the bathroom, we are tall family, so it was challenging to use bathtub.

Great location, easy access, spacious, lots of seating, full kitchen, coffee provided, elevator to 5th floor apartment.

Amenities listed a hot tub, none was available. When host was asked, response was that all tubs are hot. A shower was also listed, but all that was available was a bathtub with a sprayer attachment. No shower head or shower curtain provided. Parking was also misrepresented in the listing. Street parking was very hard to find anywhere near the property, and there was a special parking area offered by the host, but when more questions were asked about the parking, no assistance was provided.
