Ampelos Casart

The location is quiet but with an easy walk into the town centre and the beach - easy access to lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms are beautifuly designed, cool and calming, with great linen, towel,s, and general facilities (fridge, crockery, cutlery). The staff are welcoming and informative, and always available if you need anything. Spotlessly clean, with a very decent breakfast delivered to your room. Lovely small pool with a few sunbeds on the roof. Loved it.

La atención de la anfitriona,no sé presentó al check in,lo hizo un niño menor de edad,además la pedí por favor una segunda llave porque la puerta no cerraba sin la llave y esa llave nunca llevo.

Lots of potential, pool was great

On our day of arrival we were messaged and told that the room we had booked for 8 people wasn't going to be big enough and we were told we would be moved to a completely new residence. 2 days before check out we were told they had double booked the room we were currently in and would have to move us again. So we had to pack all of our belongings and we're moved to a 4 person room in a completely different residence for our last night even though we paid for 8 person room. Price difference of over €160 a night. When we asked if we could be compensated the difference we were ignored. I have made multiple communication attempts via WhatsApp and booking.com and am yet to have any type of acknowledgement or response. Extremely disappointing We also weren't provide enough towels & bedding on our first night When we were moved locations on the final night the room was not full cleaned, someone else banana peels and sanitary products left in our bin

We had to change to Ampelos residence but the location was great to explore the city center. Elfie was super nice and welcoming. The room was big and comfortable with all the commodities necessary. Little balcony with a place to hang clothes and a nice closet. Great air conditioner. Amazing small rooftop pool. Very good experience.

Wi-fi sometimes wasn't working, but nothing that bothered us too much.
