Apartment Efi

Excellent place for a stay and great value for money. The apartment is located just 2 minutes away from the beach and is within walking distance to the main street with all the restaurants and shops. We liked that it is actually a bit "out of the center" so it was very quiet at night. The host is very warm and welcoming and met us in front of the apartment to provide the keys. We had compliments from the house - homemade cookies, jam and wine. There is plenty of space in front of the apartment so if you are coming by car, you can park it on the street without any issues. The rooms were clean and equipped with all amenities you may need. The kitchen has anything you might think of or need, even more. The bathroom was clean and spacious. You have also a big terrace.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building and you need to take a quite steep staircase to get there, no elevator. It is not a big issue in general but may be problematic for people who have difficulties with stairs. Also, there were so many extra blankets and towels in the wardrobe so we had to get some of them out so we could put our cloths in there :)

Konum çok iyiydi, denize ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Evin içerisinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut, hatta bazı eşyaları gereksiz yere yanımızda getirmişiz. Ev sahibimiz Anastasia çok cana yakın, samimi ve ilgili birisi. Yol yorgunluğumuzun üstüne bizi dolapta şarap bekliyordu, ayrıca ayrılırken verdiği yol hediyesi çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum.

Прекрасен апартамент. Ама наистина. Много уютен и в същото време просторен. Домакините са изключително любезни. Удобства има всякакви, а локацията е супер (далече от шумотевицата, но близо до плажа и центъра).

Great place to stay, very nice owner. Location is very easy to reach to restaurants and the beach, but it is also on a very silent street of Nea Peramos. Very clean place with all the utensils anyone can need.
