Location and the outdoor area

Service: front desk and bar service could be much better.

The location and being near to Lefkas square and shopping area.

The staff, the attitude of the member of staff who is there during the morning and day, was miserable and grumpy. The music was very loud, especially in the lounge areas. Smoking smell in reception area, and staff smoking on reception too. Rooms outdated and bathrooms need mould clearing, shower head needed replacing too. We were told on the Tuesday my friend who was leaving and sharing a room that she had nothing to pay. Only then to be told this morning we had to pay her share and the computer was not working on the Tuesday we left....was the grumpy receptionist on both days!
