the location and the price

Good location and thats where positive things end. I feel like this building is made out of cartoon, you hear literally ANYTHING happening and can’t peace. There was another scandal happening in midnight in the lobby also. No hot water so I had to take a cold shower, the owner explained that he forgot to turn on the boiler and to wait 10 minutes. I was already with my towel and waited 30 mins, no hot water appeared. Its my first negative review on Booking, but I really can’t let this one slide…. Sorry!
