Hotel Brkić Sarajevo Airport - Free Parking

The worst business trip I've had, unfortunately, in Sarajevo.. When booking the room, I put a note that the internet is very important for my work. If it is not available, please inform me before booking..Unfortunately, I arrived and there was no net, and the worst was the employee who kept screaming to convince me that this is what happened..a method that I think is not appropriate for dealing with customers, and most importantly, it is not a proper way to deal. Even among human beings, the room was dirty (worse than being dirty). Not suitable for services..breakfast was in an outdoor restaurant and it was okay...I do not advise anyone to try it at all..

Everything ..I didn’t like anything and the worst treatment of the receptionist and her loud voice so that she does not have any tact in welcoming or treating ...

The highlight of this property is the staff - amazing people. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the airport. Few stepts to bus stop to the city centre and tram station. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo.
