L'hôtel très bien situé loin de la foule du port au calme avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Pedi. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une petite terrasse François le patron vient vous chercher et vous ramène au bateau. Le petit déjeuner tres copieux pris sur la terrasse est très agréable Les hôtes sont très sympas

Nothing to dislike

The folks at Taxiarchis are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. It was my first ever time to Greece, let alone just Symi, and they were more than happy to help me with transportation and figure out recommendations, especially helping me translate when needed as I did not speak any Greek. Breakfast every morning was delicious and it being provided meant it was one less thing I had to worry about figuring out for the day. The room and view were beautiful and everything was well-equipped. As a solo female traveler, Taxiarchis made me feel safe and at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever make it back to Symi!

I wouldn’t say these are things that I necessarily disliked but rather the surprises that I found myself thinking about as minor complications… but nothing that altered my experience! There is no holder for the shower head/handle in the bathroom so that was an adjustment and made it difficult to wash my hair at times. It is also worth noting that the property is located in “Chorio” or the upper part of town, so to get down to Symi Harbor you either have to walk up/down the Kali Strata (mega steps) or have a vehicle! Again I don’t think this is a negative of the property, because I liked that it was almost equidistant from Pedi Beach and Symi Harbor, I just think it’s worth noting for someone like myself that has never been to Symi before and didn’t exactly understand the layout of the island!

A lovely apartment with great views over Pedi bay and lovely veranda space. Very spacious and clean . The breakfasts were exceptional and Frank, Eva and Rula could not have looked after us better🙂

Rauhallista sijaintia hakevalle aivan loistava valinta. Todella ystävällinen omistajaperhe. Siisti, kauniisti sisustettu huone näkymällä satamaan. Varmasti palaan vielä uudelleen.

Taxiarchis is in a very peaceful location overlooking the countryside with Pedi bay in the distance. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything that we needed and appears to have been recently refurbished. The bed was very comfy and had good quality pillows. Frank the owner is a lovely man and he picked us up from the port and took us back there at the end of our stay, he was always on hand with helpful advice. The breakfast was plentiful and fabulous. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, they wouldn't be disappointed.
