I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before booking this place. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, far from shops, restaurants, beaches, or any kind of activities. There is no easy access to anything, and even the exit from the property is dangerous – a steep, blind curve that feels unsafe every time you drive out. One of the biggest surprises (which is only mentioned in the fine print) is that quiet hours are enforced daily from 3–6 PM. During these hours, no noise is tolerated – including children's play or any kind of activity. The pool, which is only open from 12–6 PM, becomes practically unusable during these hours. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son, who is autistic and has tics, was harshly yelled at by a very angry neighbor during these "quiet hours". It was deeply upsetting and frightening for him, and completely unacceptable behavior. The host was not welcoming or friendly. Guests are not allowed to have any visitors at all – even in situations where you might need help, like I did with my child. There was no flexibility or understanding, and had I known any of this beforehand, I would never have booked this place. Instead, I highly recommend staying in Nea Potidea – a charming town nearby with shops, restaurants, and a beach, perfect for families. This accommodation is not suitable for families, children, or anyone who values a warm and accommodating environment.

We stayed at the private villa – comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Dimitris is the kindest host! We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in 8 Boutique Suites. Die Gastfreundschaft von Dimitri (der Besitzer)war außergewöhnlich – er war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Suiten selbst sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten höchsten Komfort. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Atmosphäre mit unserem eigenen Garten, vielen Olivenbäumen, Grillplatz großem Pool und zwei süße Katzen. Es fühlt sich extrem heimisch an, sodass man entspannen kann während die Kinder in Sicherheit ihren Spaß haben. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend um verschiedene beliebte Orte in der Region zu besuchen und ist 2 min Fußweg von einem idyllischen Strand entfernt. Da es Dezember war es bissen zu kalt für uns in das Meer zu gehen, aber das Wasser machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck Alle nötiges in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen wie z.B Supermärkte, Restaurants Apotheken etc.

As a large family of 12 people including children we were incredibly impressed at the cleanliness (full clean every 2 days) and space at the apartments. The large apartment had enough space for all of us round the table in the evenings. We did have a problem at our arrival but it was very quickly resolved and accommodated for which we were very grateful for as it was my error that caused the problem. Being a large family we did take up half the land but communication was very good with any problems on both sides during our stay being resolved quickly. Dimitris (the owner) was very helpful as he was usually on site during the day with local information and where to sight see. We all felt very looked after and the venue is definitely family and children friendly. Dimitris and team were really friendly and accommodating. The BBQ area was in very good condition and spacious enough to fit everyone. The pool was perfect and a good size for everyone! The paddling area was very useful for the babies to join in too. The area was very remote and just off the motorway and so close to local towns (about 10 minute drive each direction). The land was very well looked after with beautiful olive trees and is completely private with a good security system and locked gates so no one could get in or out without a gate button (given per apartment on arrival) this was extra safe for the children. We also found the information booklets in our rooms about the property very interesting and we were really impressed and pleased with how eco-friendly and green conscious the property is as a whole. We will forever remember our stay, and hopefully will visit again (8 Boutiques will be at the top of our list) Thank you so much Dimitris and all of his staff on site for being part of our holiday and making it so comfortable. Next time we will have to bring some of our home whiskey to you!

The only things were some kitchen utensils that may have been handy like a cheese grater and a tin opener (although we made do and managed without) as we were cooking large meals everyday for the family. The apartments are quite remote from anywhere so you definitely need a car or rely on taxis to go visit places and stick up on food. However we did like being away from the towns and where it was quiet we could hear so much local nature and birds.

Very clean (full clean every other day). 5 minute walk to beach. Based in a lovely part of the country and 45 min drive to the airport. There is a local bar /restaurant on the beach about a 15 / 20 minute walk. Compound is very secure and safe.

The location is just off the motorway so it is possible to hear traffic at night (althought the double glazing helps massively with this). There aren't many restaurants / bars in safe walking distance. Kitchen is very small (didn't have an eletric kettle) but does have a great coffee machine.
