Amera Suites

Everything! We were met by Nikos who was absolutely lovely, I had a few questions about a sunset location for a cocktail and restaurant as we were only staying one night, but he gave me all the information I wanted to know before I asked. The room was beautiful, large outside space with private pool. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic. Would not hesitate to come back here again! Thank you Nikos and Family!

The rooms were beautiful you have your own little spa on your front deck. The included breakfast was delicious. Staff are so helpful and friendly! Location was great just a short walk to the main strip. Thanks again we loved our stay here!

It was wonderful🥰💖 The apartman was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. (I have problem with gluten but they solved it). Nikos was very helpful and his Mother was very cute🥰 so we love it.

Maybe one little thing but its not a big deal, the jaccuzi temperature should be a little bit hotter but thats all. 😇☺️We doesnt care about street front of the house because it is an unchangeable thing.

My husband and I stayed in Amera suites. Nik and his family were very hospitable, friendly and polite. The suite was clean and tidy, the jacuzzi bath was a great addition to the room. Breakfast was brought to our suite on time every morning, with a great selection of items. The reason for the 4* on location is that when we booked we thought the suite was in main town Fira but it just was a 5 min drive outside although there are suites located above the reception. Nik made sure we were collected and dropped back to our suite with ample notice which helped.

The room was good, clean, and a very nice shower. All that you needed to stay was there. On arrival, we found a btl. of Local Wine, what was very kind. The owner, Nik, very polite, attentive young man, gave as a recommendation what to visit on Santorini. Breakfast was excellent!

On a pictures it looks like Wau! But in real real, you are sitting in an outside buth and next to you passing people and cars. There is no privacy on the outside seating area, which we were expecting from apartments, according to the pictures on Booking.com. We are lucky we were there one night and weren't neighbors. But there are apartments from both sides next to each other. But the elderly family was always next to in their apartments...

We were very pleased with our stay! The room was impeccably maintained — clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The staff was equally impressive: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. A perfect start to each day!

An absolutely incredible stay!! The suite was better than we could have imagined. Nikos and his family took care of our every need, making our trip something truly special. Huge breakfast included, lots of beautiful restaurants accessible by foot, with even more available in the nearest towns. Will 100% be returning as soon as possible, and we would not consider staying anywhere else after this experience.

First of all, terrible service. The property is owned by one owner and he does not hire any staff to serve the guests. When we arrived, the reception was empty, we had to reach out to him and wait. Shouldn’t he be expecting us given the price? Also his English is subpar and we could not communicate clearly at times. Second, he did not turn on the hot tub before or at our arrival, only after we had realized the tub was cold and requested him to. He knows that it takes at least a few hours to heat up yet he didn’t pre-heat it for us. In our case, we waited 6 hours and the tub was still lukewarm so we couldn’t even use it for a night. He blames it on the windy weather at night but the tub for the other room was warm. Moreover, during check-out, when we confronted him to provide a partial refund due to the hot tub issue, he did not offer a reasonable package. Furthermore, he coerced us to give 10/10 reviews and even took my phone. Finally, during our private transfer to the airport. He brought along a female friend and blasted music. This was not professional at all. Would have rather took the bus. He also kept persuading us to purchase his private service transfer before we arrived. I am terribly disappointed at this booking. You can also check Google reviews for more honest ones because I bet he has also coerced others to leave good reviews here.
