Mijn ervaring met dit appartement was ronduit slecht. De host was erg onbeleefd en totaal niet betrokken. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig om ons te ontvangen; in plaats daarvan kregen we simpelweg een onpersoonlijk en onduidelijk filmpje toegestuurd met instructies. Voor verdere vragen werd je doorverwezen naar Booking.com, wat het gevoel gaf dat de host totaal geen verantwoordelijkheid wilde nemen. Daarnaast klopte de beschrijving van het appartement absoluut niet. Ik had specifiek geboekt voor een balkon, maar dat was nergens te bekennen. Ook het zogenaamde “uitzicht” stelt niets voor je kijkt simpelweg uit op een huis en een straat, niets bijzonders of zoals geadverteerd. De foto’s en het volledige profiel van deze accommodatie zijn misleidend en geven een veel beter beeld dan de werkelijkheid. Al met al was dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik raad iedereen aan om ver weg te blijven van deze appartementen.
