TOP Motel Sassnitz

Enviroment is gloomy.

It is a very good deal for travelers staying overnight as the port is nearby and if they need to catch a ferry , then it is a very good hotel. The price is also justified. Ample amount of Parking is available right in front of the rooms and that is very convenient. Checking was smooth and lady available at the checkin counter spoke good English.

It was tough to contact the Hotel. I was travelling by car and was reaching hotel a bit later than the time I mentioned while booking . I wanted to inform them about being little late, but I couldn't do so either by phone or message. I dropped messages from Booking.com as well but no response. I reached hotel at 19:30, luckily staff was there and checking was smooth.

Breakfast was great. Location suited us fine. Parking was convenient (right outside our door). The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious.

Internet was really slow...

The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The wi-fi worked perfectly. It was easy to reach and there was parking available in the property. The breakfast was also nice. The personnel was always kind and helpful.

Although its location makes it easy to reach and to park, it is in the outskirts of Sassnitz, next to a gas station and a (small) industrial area. They allowed dogs in the room but not in common areas, so our dog couldn't come with us to breakfast.
