The location was ideal and staff was friendly

The place seems a little dated and needs a refreshen

The property is in the middle of renovations and is seriously upgraded from what it was a couple years ago. they have the main reception and restaurant done and about a third of the rooms near the pool. I wandered back into the area they are still working on. when it is done it will be quite nice. as is the section that they have open is nice and a bargain at least for now. 2 blocks to beach access. it dosent come with breakfast which is what we wanted because the best pastry shop on the north coast is half a block away, belgium bakery plus it has air conditioning

It would have been nice if they had a parking lot. If you are taking a taxi from the airport and want to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach without haveing to deal with dominican traffic this is perfect.

Hotel is not bad. It did not meet our needs because I am handicapped and there are lots of stairs. Aside from that, only complaint is that they needed to provide hand towels.
