El trato recibido por el personal. La habitación estaba muy bien.

El desayuno. Pensábamos que el desayuno incluido sería tipo buffet, pero solo incluía zumo (un buen detalle es que era natural), el café y, a elegir entre tostadas o croissant. Y ya.
