Beautiful view from the Terrace. Bed very comfortable

Furniture on Terrace needs to be upgraded. The shutter on the patio door to the Terrace broke on two occasions. Reported it to the host the first time and it was fixed. But same problem the next day. So out of 3 day stay we could not access the Terrace on two of them for a time. This was very disappointing. Hopefully the owner will have this sorted quickly.

The hills

Very nice view, beautifully decorated, wifi, parking on the street, quiet location, spacious bathroom. Excellent for a short stay in a stylish decor. Beaches, cafes and restaurants, as well as scenic trails are close to the property, although there are quite a few steps or steep slopes to tackle, if walking.

The minimalist decoration, as charming as it was, came with some less practical features: barbecue and fireplace without wood or other fuel, the wardrobe is difficult to access and use.

great location and terrific views

This is not only a room with a view but also a bed with a view. It was magnificent to see the sun rise from your bed. Also a very nice big bed and a big bathroom with a rain shower. It looked a bit like a room in a boutique hotel. The kitchen is also big. From here you walk in 15 minutes to the harbour of San José and the City beach. In 35 minutes walking through the nature you can reach the first beautiful beach. Bring your own drinks and food because it is a free beach without bars. And that is what we enjoyed so much. Off season it is not crowded at all. You can do several hikings in the area. We could park the car opposite the entrance of the apartment.

It was a bit spare decorated. Except the comfortable bed it has not a lot of comfort. I would put some nice deckchairs and shade on the balcony. And also some extra towels specially for the kitchen. And put at least a bottle of water in the fridge for the guests.
