Apartments Villa Zlatko

Great location, 10-15 min walk to the historic city centre, shops and coffee place 5 mins walk. We loved the pool and the area around it with sun loungers, jacuzzi and a bbq space. The rooms were clean, well equipped and spacious. Our host Boba helped with everything we needed.

There are many rooms in Apartments Villa Zlatko so the pool area can get very busy so not the ideal set up if you're looking for some privacy and quiet space. The rooms are very dark (windows are covered with fixed outside shutters). Small things that could make the stay better is e.g. the pool towels

Modern and clean appartments and a lovely host! We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Location was good, it took about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The view to the sea was very nice! Air conditioning worked well. We warmly recommend this beautiful place!

Awesome pool and location. Clean amenities

Would be good to have basics in kitchen for cooking. Olive oil, salt and pepper etc. the picture suggested we had a washing machine however it was shared and we had to so although 10 euro for load.

Quality of building , furnishings and furniture. Extremely clean. Excellent location , walkable distance to lots of interesting places.

Not enough sunbeds around the pool . Noise from large groups staying in other apartment.

Separate bungalow away from main building gave privacy

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. They accommodated our needs very well, for example we arrived before the check-in time, however, they had our apartment all ready for us which was great. The apartment itself was spotless, well furnished and very modern. In addition, the pool was lovely and clean, as well as the sun loungers. The apartment is located about a 20min walk from Zadar Old Town and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the apartment itself. I would definitely return to Villa Zlatko, thank you so much!

Amazing flats, very spacious and comfortable. Spa and pool facilities are clean and have enough space for all guests. Entire villa is very secure and you can see the marina feom the pool zone. Thanks to Zlatko for being such a great host. Villa was willing to accommodate early check-in as well.

Host was more than excellent and very kind. Facilities were immaculate and location is 15min walk to old town but still in a nice quiet part of town. Perfect for relaxing and exploring Zadar. Couldn't recommend more.

We received a lovely warm welcome from. Boba - she was so efficient and kind. She answered all the questions we asked her and kept in touch through our stay ensuring we were comfortable and enquiring if we needed anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. But best of all was the wonderful pool outside our patio door. Clean and very very inviting!
