The apartment was nice, by the pool

Unfortunately A/C was not working in the bedroom, thus during the nights it was really hot and humid. Bed was super noisy (springs), would recommend replacement. A/C in the living room was leaking...

Great proximity to the old town. Clean and comfortable apartment.

The hot tub was dirty & we asked if the water could be changed and it cleaned, but they declined.

The apartment was modern and to a very high standard. Large and spacious with a balcony and sea view. The pool was immaculate and the hot tub a bonus.

It would have been helpful to have an information booklet in the room. Also no fire evacuation instructions I could see. It is a good 30 to 40 minute walk to the old town and it is a must to use the boat man - shortened the trip to 15 mins. It took us 2 days to find the boat man (hence the information book) and we still did not find the nearby supermarket. A little map would go a long way.

The apartment (5C) was spacious, modern and very clean. The pool was beautiful. Anna was very personable.

The Aircon in the bedroom did not work at all. The Aircon in the sitting room barely worked. There was no shade outside the apartment. So we were simply too hot and couldn't get cool. There was no dimmed lighting in the bedroom so it was either maximum light or dark. We told the owners that the 1 bedside lamp did not work but they didn't replace it. But the main problem was our inability to cool down in 28 degree heat in September.

Modern apartments, clean, no issues. Really friendly staff greeted us. The weather was kind to us. So it was great for relaxing by the pool.

Walking to town was a little far. Outside of the tourist area the city itself is quite industrial. Zadar itself you could cover in a couple of days though there are plenty of restaurants. We hired a car to visit Split and 2 of the national parks.

Everything was excellent.
