"Clean, well appointed apartments on the water’s edge and close to the old town."

We had a wonderful stay in Apartments Villa Zlatko. The location was perfect, near the water and approx 20 min walk to the old town. Boba - the woman managing the property - was warm and friendly and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed; we were on the ground floor and next to the pool, which was perfect! Thank-you Boba, we will return!

The apartment was clean and location great a short walk to the harbour,The facilities inside and outside were excellant we were made to feel very welcome by the host who works really well to keep up a high standard of the apartment,

"It’s ok for the money but won’t stay here again."

Good location, easy walk into town.

Bad smells from the bathroom every day to the point we had to buy air freshener. The double bed was very creaky. It woke me up a few times. The staff wasn’t very polite on check out. It says 11 pm the house rules written on the board in the lounge but it’s between 8-10 on booking. Be aware. We got shouted at.

"Excellent apartment, very close to the old town"

The location is brilliant, only a short walk into town, even quicker if you go with the boatmen of Zadar, which we loved. The apartment is great, lovely pool, jacuzzi and views. Boba helped us with everything that we needed, she was great. We would highly recommend staying here 🥰

Amazing place with an incredible pool and jacuzzi area. Well equipped and cosy appartement, comfortable beds, nice view. Boba, the lady in charge is a darling, excellent communication, willingness to meet all our needs and wishes, made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely time there, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ultra modern, very clean, quiet location yet close to old town, pool was an added bonus, great sun chairs

The property manager was very rude to us during our stay and the communication re money prior was terrible. She was nice when we left as we left our apartment clean and did apologise for ‘telling us off’ but the damage had been done!

"Brilliant holiday and lovely place"

Very clean and great facilities. Was also a perfect location for the beach and could easy access Zadar old town. The lady looking after us was so nice and nothing was a bother.
