Studio apartment Džapo

The building is located next to the Hotel Park. We arrived early and walked to the nearby beach and parked behind the accommodation. The manager met us at the studio apartment. I was very disappointed that the washing machine didn’t work – the main reason I chose this apartment since we were traveling for many weeks. He did offer to take the laundry to a cleaning facility, but I was concerned we would not get them back before our early next day departure. The kitchen had most of the essentials except paper towels and kitchen towels. The heat worked. We walked to the pedestrian area in about 15 minutes. You pass a Tommy grocery store on the way to that area. The apartment Terrace overlooks a street where you can park free. The terrace did not have an awning as in the picture. The terrace chairs are comfortable.

The advertised washing machine did not work and we needed it

A small studio but with terrace and had everything what we needed. Location is very good, about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre but in a quiet area and very close to the beach. The host is very nice and good communication. Big plus that it has a parking.

No issue, but some maintenance can be performed to the studio.

A normal sized studio for two people with a terrace. Although there is a busy street and a large hotel nearby, everything is quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils. Very close to the old town and the port. Friendly and always ready to help host. We left early in the morning, leaving the keys inside the apartment.

There are a few minor things to fix, but they don't affect the final result.

La ubicacion nos resultó ideal, a pocos minutos andando de la terminal de bus, el puerto de ferrys, iel casco histórico y la playa. El dto es pequeño, pero cómodo, sobriamente decorado y bien equipado, ideal para una estancia corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y eficiente.

No es que no nos gustó, pero nos hubiera ayudado que haya un paraguas y trapos de pisos en el día que toco lluvia.6

Nicely decorated apartment in a great location. The beach is just across the street, and the city center is only a 10–15 minute walk away. Our host was very friendly and helpful, and there’s parking in the backyard for your car.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Split. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was great, and overall the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! 🌟

Posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi per il porto dove partono tutti i traghetti per le isole , 20 metri dalla spiaggia principale di Split e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e tutti i servizi.Appartamento con tutto il necessario per cucinare, condizionatore funzionante anche con 38° esterni. Parcheggio interno privato.

Letto e cuscini non comodissimi ( Dipende da come siete abituati). Pisciatoio in bagno ( tipo autogrill )poco igienico. Giardino intorno alla villa poco curato.
