Brilliant studio in the best location. You are in the heart of Senj, and walking distance to all the best restaurants. Staff were amazing also. Studio was great and had absolutely everything you may need.

Unfortunately nothing

The accommodation is in a building that is almost in ruins, some old stairs with a floor, windows and facades in poor condition. The room wasn't clean, there were bread crumbs 🥐 in table, chair on the floor, the shower screen was dirty. My experience was not pleasant. Sorry 😔

Bad bed lattes on base keep filling down of frame put matterst on floor for the two nights, needed to be fixt..(other wise it was a nice appointment. Bed fix I go bàck).

Authentical Kroatian place to dive into local life. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Free coffee. Washing machine provided. The lady in charge of the owner doesn't speak English but we got on well together. Would stay again, thanks!

I booked this apartment because it was in the old town and had a good price.

This is my first bad review on Booking. Here are the issues. 1. Insufficient sleeping space. 2. Major construction to walk through. 3. Warning of rats posted on the building. 4. Building in disrepair. 5. The room smelled of septic. Unfortunately, this apartment came up in my search despite specifying we are a family of three. This apartment only has two small beds (one of which pulls out as a drawer below the other. I explained the issue to our host who made it very clear she had no intention of giving us any refund even though we couldn't possibly stay here. We booked this in January, off season so I highly doubt she had a loss of other bookings. Honestly, even if there had been enough sleeping space we would not have stayed here (and we have stayed in some pretty humble places). To get there, you must walk through major construction that is blocked off. We just had to go around it. On arrival we notice a sign on the door warning of rats! Walking up to the room, the state of the building and stairs are in great disrepair. The room stunk strongly of septic and there were no sheets on the bed. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I feel in this case people should be warned. Granted, I should have checked more closely the description of the listing, but the host's indifference and being charged for BOTH nights is upsetting to travellers like us on a budget. There's nothing I can do but warn other potential renters and let karma take care of the rest.
