L'appartement se situe au dernier étage (3°) d'un immeuble typique avec coursive et cours intérieure. Il est spacieux, au calme, ensoleillé, trés bien équipé, et proche des stations de métro pour visiter la ville (centre et au delà), proche des supermarchés. La station du Bus navette 100E pour l'aéroport est à 300 m.
