"Basic but Cosy. Ideal if on a budget."

I have been before so knew what I was getting and where to go, in person, for a problem before 9pm for example.. Wasn't aware of all new changes such as access to the room from the rear. I would use this place again for a basic stay. Basics provided. Quiet and cosy. Small shops, eatery and take-aways available within walking distance. Not far from Lossiemouth and Kinloss. Friendly and helpful bar staff, and locals.

The TV remote did not work and it could not be fixed during my stay. This should be tested before guests arrive. As my only enjoyment, this was highly disappointing. Mobile signals are very poor in this area yet room access instructions sent just before arrival. It only kicked in when I reached this place and had logged in the previous time I stayed here. Until.that point, I was quite stressed as the original front door was locked. Any newcomer may have had issues as the phone line provided didnt work. One teabag per person per day, small teacup. Only wall-mounted hand-wash, no other toiletries. No hanging facility in bathroom for clothes or towel. External stairs to accommodation may be a challenge for those with MSk or mobility issues. Parking is difficult during busy daytime hours. Despite all this, based on what I now know, I would stay here again if on a budget.

Location was convenient for our needs at the time.

Basic bedroom, and the lack of eating establishments in the area was a problem - only take-aways. No on-site parking.

Lovely location, on the west costal area of the highlands. Room and bathroom pretty basic furniture but very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Had a lovely stay and will return for sure in future
