great location, great size, perfect layout l, very clean. awesome after with fantastic direction and response time.

construction off and on but not horrible. expected in this location which is developments all over. construction was mid day and didn’t affect sleep or weekends.

The only issue was construction close by but that seems everywhere in Bingin these days.
