The Manggar Guesthouse

The property was well located, quiet, with a nice pool, and Kadek was always available if we needed anything.

Bedroom was clean, property was really nice, staff were a delight

Bathroom is moldy, I had to clean the walls myself a bit upon arrival and the shower curtain had a layer of mold on bottom (I think this is kind of typical with most bathrooms in Bali at this level of accommodation though due to the heat)

I loved my stay at The Manggar! The guesthouse is super nice located (Canggu‘s pulsing life is just around the corner), the pool area is cute, the room looks like on the photos and was cleaned everyday - I extended my stay twice! Thank you very much for my comfortable stay, I will definetly come back:)

The pool and pool area is absolutely beautiful, very clean and not busy. There’s also a tanning terrasse and outside seating. Our room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. We felt really at home at the guesthouse and extended our stay from 2 nights to 7 nights. The staff is really helpful, there’s daily cleaning and you can use the fridge and stuff like glasses. You also get free filtered water. The location is a 10/10, you get everywhere within 1-10 minutes by scooter, most things are actually walkable though. Not really noisy, don’t worry. Check-In and Checkout are very flexible.

For the price it’s absolutely fine, but the towels and bedding have quite some stains and the toilet was leaking whenever you flush it.
