USVery cool hostile. Gives you a traditional home feel. Common area to hang out. There are dogs and cats that are super friendly and take pets if you give them, but never approach you if you don't go pet first. Not a special or dust, everything is being cleaned daily. And the owner bends over backwards to make guests happy and make sure they have everything they need. Very helpful. Amazing experience.

PLIt was very clean. There was air conditioning. The host was very welcoming and nice, however, she didn't speak much English. There were some issues with the WiFi, but the owner was trying to fix it. The place is quite old but well kept and cared for. Overall, I recommend the place.
KZОтель находится в исторической части города, как раз в такой части, которые я люблю точка ещё сохранились следы старых эпох, в том числе советской. Очень люблю такие здания.. Хозяйка тоже очень доброжелательная женщина. Рядом с отелем находится площадь великолепная, также есть торговые центры, где можно и выпечку купить и покушать и ресторанчиков много, и недалеко от автобусной остановки, который автобусы идут в аэропорт. Из аэропорта на автобусе можно доехать до площади, и дойти пешком по улице Тбилиси до этого отеля.

DEMana is a wonderful host and extremely kind. She tries to make her guests happy and cares about the animals around the hostel.
SEManana is such a lovely woman! Felt very welcome in her home. She also let us do laundry which was a big plus. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kutaisi :)
DEVery friendly lady, very welcoming and sweet. The bedroom was big and comfortable and the location was perfect to explore the old city and reach other travel locations by bus
The bathroom was not the newest and had a smell, but there were daily efforts to keep it clean and comfortable
