Very cozy and hospitable staying, room is spacious and bright. Highly recommended this guest house - best option for small budget. Thanks a lot Manana!

The hostel had exceedingly comfortable beds and linens, the room was enormous with proper ventilation, the kitchen was available and stocked with quality cookware and dishes, and the owner is very amicable. Great location too, easy walk from the train station or to the town center.

The shower had a low flow rate and wouldn't warm up on occasion

Mana Kutisi is perfect. The lighting of the room is very good, the beds are comfy, air conditioning is working well the bathroom is very clean and constant hot water is there. There is a good living room with comfortable sofa to use and a lot more...... The host is very kind and helpful for everything she even speak some English so it's like a gift here in Georgia. The location is 10 minutes from the Central Square and maybe this is the only thing you may consider booking this place, for the rest I assure you this was the best hostel or homestay I ever stayed in and it's not only because of the room is comfortable and spotlessly clean. it's mainly because of the Host who is so helpful, kind and smiling. She is so positive taking care of any Need You me have. If you need an address, some local information, how to find poblic transportation to your next destination and even if it's rainy she may offer you an umbrella! She offer me to use her kitchen for cooking, offered giving food or snacks and she gave us some tea and sweeties. It's so nice, she's extremely kind and I think this is more than what I could expect from a host and I felt like I have had a family member taking care of me while I was in Kutisi. This amount of hospitality is what is waiting for you in Mana house Kutaisi. I recommend it for everyone planning a trip in Kutisi to come and take a bite of this sweet hospitality of Georgian people. Thank you Mana for everything and I come back with my family soon.

Mana is very helpful and nice, like a mother. She helped us with everything we needed and let us cook in her kitchen. The air conditioning is a plus here during the summer months, as it can be quite hot in Kutaisi. Mana recommended restaurants and helped us get a taxi for early in the morning
