Artists Residence in Tbilisi

Our room was big with comfortable bed and a balcony. Decor is quirky. Breakfast was a mix of continental and Georgian pastries. There is no lift but it was not a problem for us.

There are hotel options as better price closer to the old city. This one had quite a bit of uphill walk.

Good location, walking distance into Old Tbilisi. Room was clean and spacious, great spa bath. Bed was comfy enough. Safe location with gates at front.

Breakfast begins at 0900 which is too late if you want to get out early on a day trip. Early breakfast available at an extra cost. Staff rarely present at front desk for assistance.

I was meant to stay here for four nights total but my plans changed (sometimes traveling with friends is kind of brutal) and so I only spent one night here. I wish I had stayed longer and would absolutely stay here again. My room had a big bathtub in it and I regret not having enough time to have a bath. The room had a desk and a packed mini bar and a great shower. The whole property is really beautiful and well decorated. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were really helpful. This property is on the edge of the old town, about a 15 minute walk to the bath district. Honestly, I loved it. It was a cute little neighborhood and very quiet.

The staff was knowledgeable, witty and friendly, the room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the city. I loved the concept and I can’t get over the delicious breakfast we had.

It was a really beautiful hotel with very nice aesthetic. The rooms were really comfortable and had just the right necessities for a trip in tbilisi. It was close to the main places one would like to visit. The host was really welcoming , nice to talk to and very very helping, making the whole experience wonderful.
