Lovely 3 Bed Caravan, Milford on Sea

Great facilities in the park, with access to the pool and spa included in the stay, the caravan is very pleasant and conveniently located. Caravan was also kept very clean, this is our second stay in C9 and the unit was very similar this time to what it was in 2021 when we last stayed.

Bed rooms are tight, which we knew from our last stay, but that leaves a good living room space, the bathroom and WC are both reasonably sized.

Suitable caravan for a long weekend. Although it sleeps 6 it is only really suitable for 4 adults. We used the spare bedroom to store our suitcases

Nice stay at this caravan overall. The caravan was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Host provided a lot of information before our stay which was helpful. However the site itself isn't amazing I've stayed in better sites with more facilities for kids. Also a lot of work was being done on site (which we weren't informed of). Some staff on the site were also not the most helpful. We stayed at this caravan for close access to Peppa Pig world which was our main reason for staying. So overall was a fine stay for our purpose (Peppa pig world). Thank you

Staff in swimming pool weren't helpful when needed

Caravan was perfect, had everything we need. Great location. 1 min walk on the park to shop/swimming/clubhouse. Owner was superb with communication and responsed very quickly. Cannot fault owner for anything.

After a 6 month closure to the clubhouse facilities, you'd like to think it wouldn't take 55mins to get a drink at the bar or 30 mins for bingo tickets. The whole place needs more staff.

The caravan was very clean and beds made up. Duvets were really lovely. There was everything we needed, equipment-wise. Heating in caravan was exactly right. Shower was amazing. Caravan location excellent for shop, play-park, Reception and pool. Owner's communication was exemplary every time.

Dog owners who didn't clear up after their dogs. It seems rife there. There are bins for this purpose!! Both young grandchildren stepped in mess & one had to then be completely changed. Beds were only uncomfy for us as we are not small. The sofas were very comfy to sleep on.

The entire reception area complex was closed for refurbs during our stay, but we made do by car-touring the local New Forest area.

No freezer. Nothing going on site. Construction work go on. Noises at time.shop expensive
