A very unpleasant experience. We announced in advance that we would arrive at the apartment at 4:30 a.m. and asked how to contact them when we arrived. We communicated with the owner via WhatsApp, translating everything through a translator. she just answered: Key and password. When we arrived at the address, there was a large yard with more than 10 residential units and everything was in the dark. We tried to find our apartment for over half an hour and finally gave up. 100 meters away was a bar that worked and a young gentleman helped us. He called the owner from his cell phone and went with us back to that yard. Although they speak the same language and he was on the phone with her the whole time, it was still difficult to find the apartment. We went to bed around 5 in the morning and already at 8 in the morning they were knocking on our door and shouting: Money, money! Althoug everything was more or less clean the firniture is from another century. Balcony is small dirty and unusable.

They demanded payment in cash and in advance. Sent a collector to my room after I had only 4 hours of sleep !! And they sent me threats on WhatsApp that they will call the police. All this, 4 hours after I entered the room and went to sleep after a night of travel. In addition - there is a terrible dangerous stairs to the place !! Be aware !

The location is fine.

Aircon is missing :(

Good location. Good value for money and clean.

Maybe not the prettiest corrner in Tibilisi. Be careful with those stairs.
