1.楼上厕所水小到都不可以洗澡。 2.电也糟糕正个家跳电好几次。 3。 最重要的是明明写有洗衣机结果到了那里根本没有，选这家的原因是他提供洗衣机。 4。 6个女人要求2个吹风机只提供一个，说是没有了

"It was a lovely home in the heart of Jogja. Reasonably priced and great customer service."

Very responsive staff when handing over the keys. We had exchanged messages through whatsapp days prior to organise the meeting. Good location being in the centre of Jogja. I like the overall house setting, the outdoor area is super cute and it feels homey. The host handled our complaint very well. The AC in the second bedroom was not working and the host was very helpful. They sent an AC technician to fix the problem. Then, we found out it could not be fixed straight away so the host helped us to get an alternative hotel for the second bedroom's guests.

No parking, it was inconvenient having to pay extra to leave the car. If I may suggest it could be better to include the parking in the price of the stay. Secondly, the bathroom. You have to walk through the main bedroom if you need to go to the bathroom. Even though there was a toilet downstairs, it hardly got used as it was all the way downstairs and the squatting toilet was not suitable for my elderly parents who stayed in the second bedroom.
