It’s actually amazing. Tucked away, only a little tricky to find the first time but favourite stay so far.

We loved everything about this villa! Very modern, beautifully furnished, extremely clean, great layout. Aircon is located upstairs and downstairs which kept the villa nice and cool at all times.

Location. Was a pain to find the villa but once we knew where we were there were no more issues

The Balinese helper at the villa was kind and apologetic for my issues, but this did not extend to the owners of the villa.

Cash grab for the owners. For a 1 night stay, I had no wifi for majority of the stay, plus electricity and water switched off from 3am through to 10am the next day. I had people coming in and out of the villa trying to fix the issue, leaving no room for privacy or enjoyment for majority of my stay. When I complained that work water and electricity is the most basic need required and that I wished for a refund, the owners only offered 10% return. I didn't feel seen or heard, and it showed how the owners are only here for money, and have no interest in delivering a quality experience for their customer. In the end, they would not budge beyond a 35% discount, despite the fact that I could not use most of the amenities - no bath, shower, or AC throughout my stay. Atrocious.

Real scammers. You cannot access the villa via car but via scooter only as per their message sent after my reservation was done. Due to all my lugagges I have kindly informed that driving a scooter was not possible for me and asked for a cancellation. They refused and were lying. They told me that it was written in the description whereas it is not, they only mention « no parking available ». Dishonest people, stealing basically money from people and not willing to cooperate. Booking informed they would refund me as « booking » company but they just need the property confirmation about my cancellation request: the property didn’t even approve this to cooperate!! Never ever book here!!!
