We paid upwards of €200 per room per night for two rooms and expected a reasonable standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. The rooms had no bedside tables, the power sockets were positioned behind furniture and difficult to access, and the kettle could only be used on the floor because the cable was so short and there was no suitable surface nearby. This was particularly inconvenient for my 82-year-old father, who was travelling with me. There was a noisy fridge positioned directly beside to the bed, no water or glasses provided in the room, and no breakfast service available. The shower controls were confusing and poorly explained. To make matters worse, I was woken at around 7 a.m. by what sounded like a generator or other loud mechanical noise. Had the hotel acknowledged these shortcomings and responded constructively, I might have viewed the experience differently. Instead, when I raised my concerns, management dismissed them as "trivial" and refused any form of compensation (citing the fact I raised concerns at check-out, although there was no-one at reception until that point --- another flag). I found this attitude as disappointing as the issues themselves. For the price charged, I expected far better facilities, greater attention to guest comfort, and a more professional response to legitimate feedback. I would not choose to stay here again.

Very impressed with the room and the view. Lovely large double room and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely too. Lovely break. We used the salt water sauna across the road too, it is complimentary when staying in the hotel.

The restaurant associated isn’t great. The food was a let down and the decor is tacky, fake flowers everywhere! But the staff were lovely.

Location both good and bad… upstairs from loud bar playing crappy music, but a view of the ocean and beach. Bed was comfy. Good number of outlets and chargers.

Loud music from the bar/ night club below. The light in the bathroom is on motion detector, which they should warn you about. Sink and bathtub water pressure was terrible.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Spotless clean, gorgeous interiors throughout.

I’d suggest a mirror in the main area of the guest room for getting ready since you can’t plug in a curling iron in the bathroom!
