The Palm

Location was excellent. Beautiful sea view and close to everything needed. Lovely bar and restaurant and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, adding to the wonderful atmosphere. Great room, well finished and very clean.

Like everyone else says, parking in the area is hard to find, especially at weekends. No fault of the hotel. Its a popular area.

Absolutely nothing

It was a great way to kick of our travel to Ireland! Great location, and a great room. I especially appreciated the option to have some Prosecco delivered up to the room considering we were there for an engagement trip!

The elephant in the room is definitely the fact that weekends are definitely noisy. It's a double-edged sword because if you are younger or generally enjoy clubs/bars, you will LOVE this location. There were three different places with live music/DJs playing that night that we could hear from our room...but then again...there were three different places playing music at the same time that we could hear from our room...If you are looking for a peaceful night's rest, then book on a weekday and you should be fine. If you are looking for a great place to spend the weekend on the beach and want a close spot to crash in comfort after a night out, then definitely choose The Palm!
