"Solid for the price, but could be a lot better."

The value for money. The room for one person was comfortable size. Staff at front decent knowledge, speaking local language helps.

Wifi worked late at night but very hit and miss. There were a few tiny insects on the floor, maybe a small cockroach or two. Bidet water stopped after short usage and had to refill.

"great location and good stay here..."

enjoyable stay here, nice very clean room, good A/C and good breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. Great location, walking distance to the beach and cricket ground, also lots of restaurants near by.
