Industrial Central Apartment - Shop 8

It's in a great location and easy to access most of fremantle it was clean and had what was required.

It was noisy, proximity to communal laundry and the entry to the rest of the apartments made it difficult to feel like you were in the foyer with all the people coming and going. The water in pipes etc was loud through the walls and so sleeping was not restful.

Light shines into the room at night from outside. Not sound proofed very well

The apartment was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. Great for access to Fremantle and access routes to Perth.

Communal lights were on all night and sound proofing was not great (assuming because it was an ex shop front) so it can get a little noisy around 7am and after 11pm with people accessing the main building and bin stores.

We liked the kitchen area, and nice big table to eat meals at, and play board games on. We also felt safe and secure in our room.

Entry and exit was difficult to get in and out of due to being in wheelchairs, and we were abit disappointed with the cleanliness due to some cutlery was still dirty, and it took 6 detol cleaning wipes to get the couch properly clean before use.

The apartment was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is awesome as it is close to the city centre.

The apartment did not have any sound blocking, consequently could hear all the screaming and chatter in the middle of the night including the shower next door. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Also there was no light blocking and the lights at the back were switched on.

A bit tricky working out how to get in, and getting the car out wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped

Good location, fully functional kitchen, great to have a washing machine (with washing powder). Plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil etc. A nice funky but small apartment.

It was quite dark inside so needed a light on. As it was next door to a laundromat (for the adjoining apartment complex) it could be quite noisy if going to bed while machines were on. Also the rubbish bins were behind the building so could be quite noisy with people emptying their bottles etc.

What breakfast? I don't think the question is applicable to our stay. The accomodation is well equiped & comfortable. Very good location (central location)

The difficulty in entering the apartment was completely unacceptable! The instructions for getting access to the unit were sent to the wrong email address and therefore not received. It was only because of the kind assistance of a permanent resident in the complex that we were able to get all the information needed to gain access.
