Struttura perfetta con la vista mare

Die Lage mit den beiden Terrassen ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass man mitten in Matala direkt über einer Bar wohnt, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden laute Musik macht. Mit Ororpax konnte ich sehr gut schlafen, aber wen das stört, der sollte hier nicht hin. Die Gastgeber hatten uns ein paar Dinge fürs Frühstück hingestellt, so dass wir am ersten Morgen nicht erst noch einkaufen gehen mussten.

Wir hatten mit 2 getrennten Betten gerechnet, weil es auf den Fotos danach aussieht. Allerdings ist das obere Bett nicht in Gebrauch (es gibt auch keine Leiter für hoch). Also mussten wir uns in ein relativ kleines Bett zu zweit quetschen. Das mag für Paare kein Problem sein, für Freunde ist es aber nicht so ideal.

Great location to stay for an authentic experience of what Matala has to offer. Both terraces add lovely areas to be outside and enjoy views. Host is super friendly and was lovely to meet in person.

A beautiful location. Excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful owner in Stavros . Breakfast and wine on arrival. Stavros kept in touch and was available if anything was needed - it wasn’t but it was very hospitable to offer.

Nothing to dislike.

Really enjoyed staying at this house in Matala and we'll be back for more! It's an independent 2 floor small house, with an excellent veranda and also, maybe better!, balcony upstairs both overlooking the Matala bay and the caves. Downstaris, as you enter there is a living room with full satellite tv (though not used..) two couches and a small table. Small kitchen, fully equipped with a small oven, a good working fridge. Small clean bathroom with shower room all worked fine. A nice round stair takes you upstairs where from the main double bed you see the caves across the bay. Bed was very comfy V Again the balcony here is super also equipped with a hammock :) One A/C upstairs which cooled well all the house. Literally minutes away from the beach, bars and restaurants. Superb hosts Marilena and Stavros just a call away when needed. Cheers
