PHOENIX apartment near the airport

Very nice and quiet area 10 minutes from Athens international airport good atmosphere free close parking no stairs spacious room 2 minutes from good restaurant good bakery 5 minutes away Teri did her best to make us feel good opened the ac before we arrived sent us instructions through whatsup gave us all the information we needed Free coffee tea juice and croissants in the room were an extra treat

Tracy the owner was very communicative, even after we left she checked if everything was okay. She was so kind and warm! The location was close to the airport and rental car place . The apartment was very clean and well equipped , I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities.

The owner family is wonderful persons and took us to the restaurant (without payment!)when we arrived late. They are also very professional. All the communication is smooth and fast. After informing them that we will be arriving soon, they turned on the air conditioning in our room and waited for us. Rooms were new and very clean. They prepared us several kinds of bread and snacks, mineral water, fruit juice, yogurt etc. Air conditioning is very efficient Shower has nice hot water and comfortable. Location is 10min from airport. If you need good access to Athen airport, here is the best option.

Everything was great, host Terry was super nice and gave us great welcoming and advised on perfect place for supper. Even gave us excellent bottle of wine!

Bathroom could be slightly bigger, no room to put toiletries

If I could give 100/10 I would. I rarely leave long reviews but this is an exception! I was travelling on my own and had a late flight from London that was delayed, I didn’t land until 4am. Terry was in constant contact with me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was ok. Her husband Stavros picked me up in a very nice comfortable car and Terry greeted me at the apartment with a big smile. At no point did I feel stressed about my flight delay, which is all down to Terry. It’s a shame I wasn’t staying longer because the apartment was lovely, obviously cleaned to a very high standard and I had waters, juices, tea, coffee, even a bottle of wine! Terry offered me breakfast but I was too tired, so she gave me some croissants to take on my way. Please do NOT hesitate to book this apartment. I have never experienced customer care at this level before. I left with a warm and happy feeling and a smile on my face, which is saying a lot after a flight delay and morning ferry. Stavros also drove me to the ferry port, right up to my boat. I cannot thank Terry enough for being so amazing. Perfect hosts, perfect stay, book now!!!
