The rooms were clean and had all air-conditioning We had place to park We had space out of our rooms to sit

The Shower was a bit small and had the curtains on a curve making them to open by themselves. We experience also bugs come under the door. Owners can update the doors for bugs not to get in

Very kind host. There were lots of nice little concessions available like sodas, juice, snacks etc. it was very clean.

Shared outdoor space. My neighbors kept me up all night sitting outside my door. Only one small window which meant the air got stale easily.

Very clean and quiet place

A very lovely host, she left cookies for us on the table, snacks to make a tostie with cheese and turkey slices and bread, as well as white wine in the fridge and a bottle of water. The host was also super responsive so even though we had small problems in the house, those were fixed immediately

The bathroom water tap was a leaking a little bit and that most things are mostly accessible by car but that is because of the area and the buses aren't always reliable. I would know because I grew up here so definitely rent a car

Nice, clean rooms at Koutsounari, close to Ierapetra town. Very cosy stay, polite host and a good value for money. 100% recommended!

Clean, spacious room, big beds.

We didn't get much sleep, the beds creaking every time we turned over, the noisy air conditioning, the neighbor's dogs barking all night and the traffic on the road made it impossible. The handle on the bathroom door was falling off. It is obvious that the building is undergoing renovations, some rooms have probably already been renovated judging by the new outdoor air conditioning unit. It hasn't been done in our room, the first room from the road.

We had to move rooms last minute and it was a life saving. The room upstairs was gorgeous, had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and so nice! It was our 5th day in the island so we enjoyed our last days there.

Note for the drivers: DO NOT FOLLOW MAPS BAD ROAD ROUTES from Agios Nikolaus down to Ierapetra throughout the bad route in the mountains! Check routes option by satellite mode before going down. Try to keep on the asfalt and go around by the beach road, and check the way by the satellite and make sure you can make it. We were sent through some sort deserted Glass houses for growing fruits in the top of mountains. We got stuck in the mountain in a very very bad road, in middle of nowhere until the road ahead was gone, even a 4x4 wouldn't make it. It is a problem with MAPS, not the apartment but be careful.

Great price-quality ratio but most of all, great hospitality of Emmi who was really available to even let us check out later due to a work emergency I had!
