Wohnung schlecht nur die Lage schön.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im schlechten Zustand. Es ist muffig und stinkt nach Abfluss. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer verliert Kondenswasser alles tropft die Wand runter ganze Fensterbank voller Wasser.Waschmaschine voller Schimmel mussten erst alles putzen. Die Möbel alt und kaputt. Terrasse dreckig. Keine vernünftige Kissen und Decken. Für den Preis Frechheit.

Great location. Close to the beach, town center, and supermarkets. We have not used our car at all during our 5-night stay. Usually we would go to see the sunset on the beach or in the town center. The rooms are large and comfortable. Two bathrooms was a very good benefit for our family of 5. Air conditions available in both bedrooms and the living room, which was very important for us. The balcony is nice, though the sea view was not there, still you can catch some fresh air and enjoy your neighbours' plants and relaxed atmosphere. There was enough kitchenware for us, looks like some issues from previous feedbacks were fixed already.

The host could be more attentive to the messages in booking - our reservation request had no response. However when we called 30 minutes before arrival, everything went smooth. A representative met us at the door and showed the appartments. Also later we tried to reach the host by phone when the washing machine did not start, but no luck (we did try a couple of phone numbers on the door list). The second is the dirt, maily on the floor, and dust on random wardrobes shelves, or dirt in the fidge. I would not say the appartment was not cleaned at all, but we struggled the first day finding someone else's spots, hair, nails... That is something easy to fix with a good mop. It spoils your first day there, but over a longer stay you are rewarded with the other benefits of this appartment. Hope the host fixes this soon. There was no microwave oven, so we had to be more organized about our meals. Adding basic products like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, oil etc would be a pro. They don't need to be in abundance or too expensive, but can save a visit to the supermarket.

We stayed in the largest apartment on the top floor, and the owner was kind enough to let us check in 3 hours earlier, which was really practical since we had a toddler and didn't want to wait until 3 PM. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms, more than enough towels, bed linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were a group of 8 adults and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There's also a lovely terrace and a BBQ area with tables in the garden, which made for a great outdoor dining experience. We were very happy with the place! Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, making it super convenient for getting around. The location, combined with the spaciousness and all the amenities, made our stay really enjoyable. Perfect for larger groups or families.

The owner has a strong personality, and I can imagine that if something were to go wrong, he might be quite difficult to deal with.

The day before arrival, I wrote a message about accommodation information. I didn't get an answer. When we arrived at the accommodation, I called the phone number, the gentleman picked up and said that someone would come in a minute. I did not expect it to be one minute, but with two children we waited 55 minutes before checking in. An arrogant guy came later, he didn't say hello or apologize. He showed us the apartment. Of course, the beds were not ready for the children, he didn't even respond to that. We prepared them ourselves based on what we managed to find or what we actually had. some blankets, pillows. The bathtub in the bathroom is moldy, the water in the sink did not drain. This apartment never again.

Clean rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker.

Not pleasant, even aggressive manager of the object, not pleasant to the cleaning stuff. No English (in contrast to the offer) Just after booking the object in march I sent an info that we will be with dog and a question to the object about fee for a dog. There was no answer from them. After arriving to the object the maganer was surprised we are with dog and he demanded 160 EUR for a dog!!! After negotiations the fee was 40 EUR (we spent there 4 nights). No internet, even after reporting to the manager. No info about way of turning on boiler. Almost no toilet paper (we had to buy by ourselves). No dinnerware. Only 6 beds were prepared for a group of 7 people.
