Altea Hills Sunny Big Terrace Duplex

The house was spacious and functional. Although somewhat dated, it matched the description. The terrace was a nice feature, and the location was quiet and easy to reach by car.

We stayed in late May and early June and found that the swimming pool was completely empty and unusable, although it was advertised as a year-round swimming pool. We only learned during our stay that it would not be available until after our departure. The listing has since been updated to indicate that the swimming pool is seasonal. The key had to be collected from and returned to a key box at a separate location about 5 to 10 minutes away.

Komfortowo dla 6 osób ( 1 sypialnia na dole, dwie na górze, dwie lazienki), duży taras. Jest pralka, zmywarka, większość potrzebnych sprzętów. Wnętrze urządzone ze smakiem, co nie jest takie oczywiste w ES. Przy ładnej pogodzie na pewno obiekt godny polecenia

Trafiliśmy na wyjątkowy zimny przełom roku, podobno tak zimno nie było w okolicy od 40 lat. Dom nie jest na takie warunki przygotowany. W 2 pokojach na górze mogliśmy się dogrzać klimatyzacją, ale nie w łazienkach i nie na dole - korki wywalało przy próbie włączenia, więc naprawdę marzliśmy przez 4/11 dni. Nie potrafiliśmy uruchomić kominka, zresztą nie jest to dobre dla zdrowia rozwiązanie

El entorno es espectacular, tranquilidad y paz y la casa está comodísima, muy completa y super limpia. Te sientes como en casa. La localización es perfecta para visitar diferentes playas y puntos de la zona y además hay un super a 4min en coche.
