Buon prezzo per Parenzo

La porta di ingresso della struttura è rotta, quella dell'appartamento anche. Il bagno andrebbe pulito meglio (la doccia molto sporca) e in giro per l'appartamento c'erano ragnatele. Da migliorare alcuni aspetti direi.
