"Posizione e comfort"

Tutto ottimo, posizione centrale a 5 minuti dalla basilica, dalla metro e dai principali autobus e tram, in una via elegante piena di ristoranti, viva ma non caotica. Appartamento spazioso, molto pulito, confortevole, comodo per una famiglia fino a 4 persone. Prezzo basso in relazione alla posizione ed al comfort. Cucina fornita di pentole, stoviglie, macchina del caffè a capsule, microonde e quanto altro.

Nulla di rilevante, solo i cuscini ed i letti non troppo comodi ma comunque accettabili. Non c'è la TV ma non è un problema. Sarebbe utile una scopa.

Situación del apartamento, grande, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario.

El acceso al apartamento, es a través de un patio interior en una 4ª planta por un pasillo estrecho a mucha altura en mal estado. Mi mujer y mi hija pequeña estuvieron cerca de alquilar otro alojamiento porque no les daba seguridad y tenían miedo de pasar tan cerca de la baranda.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfectly central, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Above all expectations. Very large cozy flat, fourth floor with lift. Perfectly clean. All services working. Incredible position. No tv, but really I didn't care. Perfect communication with Palma, and thanks again for the flexibility. Definitively recommended!

A small one: a double duvet would be a plus. But really, just a detail.
