Great location for the centre of Netanya. Room had a great view.

Rooms just weren't clean. Bathroom flooded. Lots of hairs, we had to clean ourselves before we used the bathroom. Balcony handle broken so the wind whistled through the crack in the door all night. No remote control. Couldn't settle with our bank card when we arrived, told to withdraw cash in the morning, which I did. Returned with cash, and the day manager had charged my credit card in the morning which left me with hundreds of shekels I couldn't use and didn't need.
