Property at Little congested area which leads to Cars specially seven seater are not showing willi6to pickup at hotel except Autos ,Auto service is good

Cleaness, size of room and staffs very rude behavior

I booked room here , paid advance 2200 But when I went there I found its location very bad Bad smell which is unbearable Room was at level 4 or 5 , no lift but stairs only Lights and ac not working Curtains very dirty Overall ambience is very very bad They seems to have managed to reviews and rating on basis of which I got in trap They refunded me only 50% after lot of struggle and follow ups It is very far from temple and very crowded and congested area There staff not able to communicate with me I had call mr amit das only He got away once i started mentioning the problems visible I did not stay and preferred to leave from there and for money to handle later if any possibility With follow up I got another far far better hotel near Shri Jagannath temple at 300 meter with total 2650/- per night Hobby house was charging around 2200/- per night
