Within the old town and close to all shops and eateries. Clean and spacious.

Would have been difficult to find , if the owner hadn’t met us near the apartment. It was situated behind the main streets, and access was through a dank alley and back of other buildings.

Perfectly located, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town center but at the same time quiet. Comfortable, very well-equipped, friendly and helpful host.

This is one of the best and most special places I've ever stayed in my life. It's exceptional. The host has an incredible eye for detail, and everything in the apartment is decorated with such care and consideration. This is 100% a boutique apartment, and it feels that way! It is right in the town of Zadar, so you get to experience life in the "old town". Paid parking is only 3 minutes of a walk from the property, so it's easy to carry luggage to the location. The Sea Organ is only a 5 minute walk, which is such a treat to visit every day. There are two restaurants in the area I would highly recommend - Morita for dinner and Corte for breakfast - these are a must! Also, there were some previous comments about the sounds of the city and the bell tower. Yes, you can hear them a bit in the apartment, but when the windows are closed, the sound-proofing is good. The church bells are not too frequent, except for on Sundays or holy days. But it's actually a beautiful and authentic sound of Zadar. Finally, the view from the enclosed balcony is the biggest treat! I sat here pretty much every night and enjoyed the view of the harbour. If you are viewing this listing, I highly recommend you book!

Everything was perfect.

A beautiful well equipped, modern and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a mix of relaxing and sightseeing in an excellent location. There is a wonderful view from the breakfast bar overlooking the garden and harbour to awaken your senses in the morning and to watch the lights in the evening. A well equipped kitchen with everything you need and with the bonus of a washing machine. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and for day trips on a boat or bus, everything is a few minutes away including the fabulous market and supermarket restaurants and shops. The host was very welcoming and gave us some top tips for restaurants and excursions making us feel at home on arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.

It would have been good to be able to relax on the balcony we used one of the table chairs to sit and read. May be a comfy reclining chair would be a welcome addition but certainly very minor. The apartment is close to the tower and the bells chime regularly it would be good if this was in the description.

This apartment is beautiful and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view from the window. The mattress and bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our host was fantastic, spoke excellent English, and recommended some amazing spots, including restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions—all of which were fantastic.
