Aikya homestay

I stayed here for two nights in a room for 2 people 1. The rooms and washrooms (hot water available) are very clean 2. There is a huge TV in the hall to binge some movies in your leisure 3.Staff are very friendly and helped 4. WiFi is present with good speeds (30Mbps) 5. Nice Kitchen with gas connection (all utensils,water purifier, kettle and refrigerator are provided) 6. Caretaker/staff is an awesome. He helped me with the places to visit near by, helped me arrange auto for railway station, 7. They provided bike rental without the hassle of searching Finally I would say that instead of staying in a hostel or a hotel this is an excellent option under budget (also you can save the amount spent on eating outside by cooking in kitchen ) Location is also very good near to market and walkable distance from ksrtc bus stand Didn't include any photos in review because they are same as seen in website.

If I say there is something I didn't like here.. i would be nitpicking because everything is better than I expected. 1.Bed is a little hard but not that uncomfortable 2.Mosquitos may be a slight issue but they already provided mosquito refill in the room and i didn't have any problem after turning it on.

Pannag is a very friendly host. He's easily reachable. My parents and group (all senior citizens) travelled to Gokarna. He was kind enough to update everything to me from the moment my parents reached the place uptil they checked out. He also helped them to arrange the local transportation so that they could reach the temple without any issue

Good facilities excellent service

It's neat and clean homestay good for peace loving guests as a little away just 500 more. Away from main marker

24 hours caretaker

Wonderful experience. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. I got all the information and recommendations from the owner making my journey easier. Rooms were clean and I got to make my own tea in the kitchen. I would defo recommend it to anyone
