The Ambience was not good, air-conditioning was not on during check-in. Typical smell of something anti insects spray and color of the lobby and room unsatisfactory. Restaurant not cleaned and air-conditioning was off.. No easy access to beach as specified. Overall bad experience and i have change my room... Money not worth..

- Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand, perfekt für einen Badeurlaub. - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. - Speziell beim Frühstück, super Service. - Vor dem Hotels stehen Taxis, fragt nach dem Fahrer "Sam", er wird euch für gutel Geld die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umland zeigen. Super Fahrer, freundlich und er erklärt viel über die Gegend da. Danke nochmal, immer zu empfehlen.

- Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt schaut man auf Stacheldraht. - Die Bilder von der Anlage die man im Internet findet täuschen extrem. - Die Außenanlage gleicht einer Baustelle, das ist nicht akzeptabel. - Bedeutet, ein Glas am Abend im Garten war nicht möglich, man musste auf Anlagen in der Nachbarschaft ausweichen. - Zugang zum Strand funktioniert, allerdings kommt man nicht mehr zurück da keine Klinke außen am Tor ist, man muss über Umwege oder eine andere Anlage zurück. - Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überschaubar, allerdings waren die Kellner freundlich, das hat geholfen. Ich kann diese Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen.

I paid ₹8,189 per night during monsoon season and left feeling totally ripped off and uncomfortable. Room was gloomy, outdated, and lacked the promised finish. No privacy: our room opened directly onto a walkway where security and staff passed frequently. There were no net curtains or privacy film on the windows, so at one point I was seen undressed. That should never happen in any hotel, especially one at this price point. No breakfast included, which I now see from the listing, but at this rate, it’s shocking that not even a basic meal was offered. Despite the listing stating “no pre-payment needed,” they pushed hard for it via Booking.com and WhatsApp both before and during the stay. It felt unnecessary and pressured. On the third night they gave a tiny discount (₹7,800), but still kept calling the room to chase payment for the third night, even though they had our passport copies and knew we hadn’t left. When I questioned the constant calls, five staff members gathered around the reception desk just to stare at me. It felt intimidating and extremely unprofessional. I booked this hotel for the jacuzzi, which turned out to be dirty. After one use, the tub was full of grime, some of which seemed to be coming out of the jets or seals. I cleaned it myself just to be able to use it again. Only one towel each, no hand towels, no bath mat. Basics were missing across the board. One night, loud music from another room made it impossible to sleep. Staff refused to intervene properly. They suggested we move rooms instead of asking the noisy guests to stop. I ended up confronting the other guests myself, this was so stressful and ruined my holiday. Lastly, I’m aware that this hotel tends to respond aggressively to negative reviews. But I’m being honest. For over ₹8,000 per night, the experience we had was incredibly poor and I would not stay here again, even at half the price.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious and felt very luxurious. A very easy walk down to a quiet part of the beach. Breakfast had a fantastic view!
