we have stayed here for 2 nights, neat & clean room as property is new, the lift is there, and you can see Ganga from the terrace, which is good at this price ,. wifi speed is excellent good for work from home (hotel) the bathroom is clean brand new, near to Haridwar railway station, staff help you to reach hotel just need to give a single call, be aware of autorickshaw scammers they will miss guiding you. better to connect directly from hotel. staff is so good & cooperative, ✌️✌️✌️ love to visit again

Small Room size.

Quick Service with smile and food served is excellent .

Breakfast was sumptuous and arrived on time. Location is excellent, a little tucked in from noises on the streets yet walkable to the bustling railway station. Room, bed and washroom was clean. Having an elevator was an advantage.

Room size could have been slightly more bigger. Corresponding storage space could be more. Electric kettle provided in the room was non-functional with the wire missing. Hence tea/coffee sachets could not be used.

The cost is so high as compared to other hotel

The night manager refused to serve breakfast while all arrangements were made by morning manager. He asked the cook to serve one cup cofee and two pieces of bread by 7:20am, but the adamant night manager outrightly refused without listening me. He was strict with the 8am mandate. I didn't mind, as he did according to Hotel rule, but at least one cup cofee in the morning was preferred.
