Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their behavior and professionalism were top-notch, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. One of the standout aspects of our trip was the driver provided by the hotel, Sonam ji. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he also became more of a guide for us. His local knowledge and friendly demeanor added so much value to our travels. He made sure we experienced the best of the area, turning our journey into unforgettable memories. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend requesting Sonam ji as your guide—he truly made our trip exceptional! The property itself was stunning, offering both comfort and beauty. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully catered to, making this a trip we will cherish forever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary experience!

The farmhouse was one of the best stays on our trip. Nothing is too much bother for Arjun and his band of helpers. We had marshmallows by the bonfire, amazing food and a fabulous view of Kanchenjunga from our balcony. My family and I would love to come back again.

Very beautiful and cosy place with astonishing views of kanchenjunga Himalayan peak from the property. Host and staff make you feel at home and serve you with love and dedication. This place is a bliss.

Access road to the property is a bit treacherous( but that is no surprise in hilly terrain)

Clean, quiet and peaceful farm stay. Owned and operated by an exceptionally warm and welcoming family of brothers, sisters and cousins who are dedicated to sustainable and eco-conscious tourism. Delicious home cooked meals and friendly conversations by the fire. Beautiful views of Orange Valley and on a clear day of Kangchenjunga mountain. An hour’s walk into central Darjeeling, or a short collective taxi ride. Truly a unique experience. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Serene location.. spacious room .. bed heater was so comfy … Dining place is so good.. can see the snow peak when we walk through their backyard.. Bon fire was excellent .. Had a gr8 conversation with other guests .. Hosts were really good… They arranged vehicle for the sight seeing as well as to the airport with nominal rates and a friendly driver .. You get authentic food here .. Home stay food ..

It is the best getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Stunning views of the Kanchenjunga from the property itself. Must visit i would say . I had a wonderful experience with my family. Everyone here is very friendly.

The location, and the people who manage the farm stay, create an oasis of peace and tranquility for the guests who are fortunate enough to discover Bloomfield Farmhouse. Situated on the fringe of Ghum/Darjeeling, it feels rural and of being surrounded by woodland and tea farms, away from the bustle of Darjeeling. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the on-site dining area well managed providing breakfast and dinner meals which are prepared individually from fresh ingredient’s from their own farming activity.

Nothing. The property is located some 30 minutes walk from the Ghum/Darjeeling main road, but the location is close to a taxi route serving a popular tourist destination further down the valley, so readily accessible.

The staff and the property itself were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The garden was beautiful. The food provided was delicious and mostly grown within the property. Whilst a little way out of the main town this was not an issue as transport was arranged and not expensive with pickup and return part of the deal.

We found the beds a bit hard.
