"Bad"

I was travelled from Mumbai to Hyderabad by Booking the Hotel through Booking.com, the checkin time was given 7 AM-*AM. I reached Hotel at 8.10AM, The Hotel refused to accommodate me and there are no rooms available and fully sold out. The attitude of the Hotel staff was not up to standard. They refused to look in to my booking too.

Once the booking confirmed the room should be available for travelling gust. Last minut searching for room is hectic for travelers, loos of time and money.

"Poor Quality Hotel"

Room quality was very poor. Bed was wet. Matress was of very poor quality.

Bathroom is very very small. No sampoo or body wash was provided. Taps are not in good condition.

I had an outstanding stay at Hotel MN Grand.The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. They even helped us manage luggage storage while we were out for work purposes. Customer service was top-notch, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend!
